A. The Company information we register and how we use it
If you register your company details for access to our demo system, we need to know your Company name, Company address, email address, telephone number in order to contact you and send a username and password for access to our Altitude demonstration system. The data controller will be IWCL whose address is: The Old Granary, Upton, South Milton, Kingsbridge, Devon, TQ7 3JF The completed Demonstration Registration form will be sent to our Registration Administrator, and it is our policy not to pass company information and email addresses to any third parties without first obtaining your consent. We may also use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring web site usage in order to help us develop the web site and our service and may provide such aggregate information to third parties. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any company or individual. This site uses cookies as a way of facilitating your use and you consent to our collection of such data in connection with this site.

B. How we protect your information
The Internet is not a secure medium. However we have put in place various security procedures as set out in this policy. Firewalls are used to block unauthorised traffic to the servers and the actual servers are located in a secure location which can only be accessed by authorised personnel.
